Customer-Supplied Items Waiver — Hobbs Peak Designs LLC, Temple, GA, 770-796-4770.

I am supplying the item(s) below to Hobbs Peak Designs LLC ("Hobbs Peak") for decoration. Hobbs Peak did not sell me these items. I agree to the following.

Risk is mine. My items are left with Hobbs Peak entirely at my own risk. Hobbs Peak will take reasonable care with them, but decoration is a mechanical process performed on material Hobbs Peak did not select.

Damage can happen and is often permanent. Machines can snag, tear, jam, or destroy an item. Needle holes do not close and cannot be undone, including after a design is removed. Hooping can mark or stretch fabric. Heat processes can scorch, gloss, shrink, or cause dye migration. Hidden manufacturer flaws often do not appear until the piece is under tension. Waterproof, coated, insulated, or membrane-lined items lose weatherproofing wherever a needle passes through.
