Stitchline Privacy Policy

What Stitchline does with data. Stitchline runs inside your Wix dashboard. Orders, customer names and emails, pricing settings, supplier catalogs and import history are stored in your own Wix site's database. We do not copy that data to our own servers, and we do not sell or share it.

Customer portal. If you add the customer portal page, visitors can submit a name, email, optional phone, a note and up to three files. These are saved to your site's database and media library, and an alert email goes to your reply address.

Emails. Order emails are sent through Wix, from your verified reply address, to the one customer on the order. Stitchline never emails your whole contact list.

Third parties. When you connect S&S Activewear, Stitchline calls their service with your own account details to read styles, prices and stock. Nothing else leaves your site except calls to Wix. The one exception is the optional AI answers in the Help tab. They are off unless you add your own Claude API key. When on, your question and your setup checks (never customer details) are sent to Anthropic.

Your control. You can export orders as CSV or a JSON backup from the Reports tab, delete any order in the app, and remove the app at any time from your Wix dashboard.

Children. Stitchline is a business tool and is not directed at children.
